Shipping policy

FREE SHIPPING-We offer free shipping within the Contiguous US (lower 48) on all orders with a minimum subtotal of $45.00 or more.  Most packages are sent via the US Postal service.  Larger boxes are typically sent via ground, but may also be sent by the USPS.

ORDER PROCESSING-Every attempt is made to ship orders within 24 hours of receipt Monday through Friday.  All orders submitted after our 2 pm cut-off time on Friday PST are NOT expected to be picked up until Monday.  We do NOT have UPS or Fed Ex pick up on the weekend and USPS Saturday pick up is sporadic and cannot be guaranteed. 

Email notification with tracking is automatically sent to the customer when the package is picked up by the carrier. 

International Orders- Shipping charges via DHL generally includes duty and customs charges.  

INCORRECT ADDRESS-Double check your address!  If you supply an incorrect delivery address on your order-CALL US RIGHT AWAY AND LEAVE A MESSAGE.  Orders shipped with incorrect addresses CAN NOT be recalled through USPS.  There is a fee for an address change with UPS and Fed Ex once shipped.  The customer is responsible for this fee and it is not refunded if they still make delivery to the wrong address as they do their best-but not every package gets caught.  Address changes may delay deliveries up to 1 to 3 days.  Orders returned due to invalid addresses are automatically refunded (less shipping charges).  If we are contacted by the customer to reship an order-the customer is responsible for the secondary shipping charge even if it qualified for free shipping.  We cannot reimburse you for an order that was delivered to an incorrect address you provided on your order.  Retrieval of a package delivered to the wrong address which the customer supplied is on the customer. 

MISSING PACKAGES-All claims for non-delivered packages must be made within 30 days of the ship date so we may replace and file a missing package claim.

UPS ground shipments will vary according to the "zone" you live in and the time you placed your order. Consider calling to confirm the delivery day when selecting UPS ground. The pickup day is NOT considered a ship day.


Please note: During the holiday season, express delivery times and ground or 3-day delivery dates may not be guaranteed. To be safe, always call to confirm delivery when time is of the essence.


Return Policy

New, unused (or unwanted) product may be returned within fifteen (15) days for credit provided that:

  • Prior approval is obtained from A-ZDarts (Via email or telephone)
  • Product is still in its original box and packaging
  • Product has not been used (is in new condition)
  • Unwanted items are returned at the buyers expense
  • Items (non-defective) returned for credit that qualified for free shipping and/or a shipping discount will have our shipping costs and/or the shipping discount cost deducted from the item prior to refund
  • All returned product will be refunded to the purchaser’s account, unless store credit is requested
  • We do not offer exchanges-only refunds. Please resubmit an order for an "exchanged item"

Order Cancellations

Call 916-334-2567 ext 1 to cancel your order.  Leave a message if you do not speak with a representative.  You may try to cancel your order by email (info@a-zdarts.com), but there is no guarantee the order will be stopped.  We make every effort to check emails often for cancellations, but all attention is on processing orders for pick up in the afternoons and emails at that time may be missed.
