A-zdarts offers secure ordering via our safe site. Once you click to the order page you will see a lock in the browser bar. This indicates that you are on a secure page for submitting your personal information including credit card info. A-zdarts values your privacy. We do not share your information with third party entities-ever.

Mail in an order/payment. Please submit your order on-line select “mail in payment” and finalize your order to receive an order number. Then send a copy of that order with your money order by mail.
An E-mail notification is automatically sent to you when the order is completed. Please review the order for any address or item corrections.
Our system does not allow for changes to orders once they have been submitted. Please call us toll free 877-602-3278 option 1 to modify or cancel your order. Or e-mail email@example.com with your changes. We attempt to ship orders within 24 hours, so calling to make changes would ensure expediency. Once an order is shipped, we cannot cancel an order. We can try to recall it, but this is not guaranteed, and there may be a charge applied for a recall (imposed by the carrier).
We offer free shipping within the Continental US (lower 48) on all orders with a minimum subtotal of $45.00 or more. Most packages are sent via the US Postal service. Larger boxes are typically sent via UPS ground, but may also be sent by the USPS.
We make every attempt to ship orders within 24 hours of receipt. Please note orders are not typically shipped on the weekend. All orders submitted after our 2pm cut off time on Friday PST will not typically picked up until Monday. The order may be processed on the weekend, but not picked up until Monday.
An E-mail notification with tracking is automatically sent to the customer when the package is picked up by the carrier.
International orders and orders with a different shipping address require extra verification. Therefore, these orders may NOT be released for shipping until they have been approved.
Orders that are shipped with incorrect addresses may be recalled, however, we cannot guarantee this service. UPS and Fed Ex charges a fee for a recall and/or an address correction. The customer is responsible for this fee. Shipping charges on orders with invalid addresses that are returned cannot be refunded nor applied to re-send a package. Customers will be responsible for secondary shipping charges when a package is re-sent.

UPS ground shipments will vary according to the “zone” you live in and the time you placed your order. Consider calling to confirm the delivery day when selecting UPS ground. The pickup day is NOT considered a ship day.
Please note: During the holiday season, express delivery times and ground or 3 day delivery dates may not be guaranteed. To be safe, always call to confirm delivery when time is of the essence.
Order Problems/Item Issues-Warranty
We do our best to ensure you get the right items, but do realize that occasionally there may be a mistake. If you receive items that are incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can correct this issue. If the error is ours, we cover shipping costs. However, if the error was made at the time of ordering, the customer will be responsible for shipping both ways.
Although most manufacturers warranty dart barrels within the first six months of ownership, this warranty is at the manufacturers discretion. Should you note problems (defects) with new shafts, points (soft or steel), and flights upon receipt, please contact us immediately. These items are NOT under warranty after use. Defective product may be returned with prior approval for exchange or credit. All claims for defective product must be made within 15 days of receipt of the order.
New, unused (or unwanted) products and materials may be returned within fifteen (15) days for credit or exchange, provided that:
approval is obtained from A-ZDarts
(Via email or telephone)
b) Product is still in its original box and packing
c) Product has not been used (is in new condition)
d) Unwanted items must be returned at the buyer’s expense.
e) Items (non-defective) returned for credit that qualified for free shipping and/or a shipping discount will have our shipping costs and/or the shipping discount cost deducted off the item prior to refund.
f) A store credit/coupon is issued for returned product in the amount of $10.00 or less. Returned product greater than $10.00 will be refunded to the card holder's card or paypal account.
G) Buyer is expected to pay for shipping both
ways on exchanged items.
Please Note: A 15% restocking fee may be applied to all returned, non-defective merchandise.
