Replacing parts on your board while still in warranty period will void the warranty.
Replacing parts on your own, you are doing so at your own risk.
If you have segments that need replacing and you are in your 6 month warranty period, you can send the board in to us (at your expense) for service and we will test your board first to ensure everything else is working properly, then replace your segments.
The segments are not covered by the warranty and must be purchased separately.
If your board is out of warranty and you would like us to diagnose it and repair it, you can ship the board to us (at your expense).
