    No minimum purchase required to place an order!            

     
    Should you have problems with your shipment or merchandise, please contact us immediately. 

    Delivered but missing packages:

    You will be emailed with a tracking number for packages shipped via UPS, and Fed-Ex.  This is emailed to you so you can track your package and know when it will be arriving. Please make sure someone is there to sign for it or leave a note for UPS to deliver to a neighbor's house.  Signatures are required on packages with a value over $100 to prevent your package from being stolen. We are not responsible for packages which are stolen after they have been delivered to you.  If this should happen, you need to contact us immediately so an investigation can be started by the carrier. 


    Damaged or opened packages:

    If there is any shortage or damage to your order, please have the delivery person make note of the problem and save the original container.

    It is very important to make sure that the delivery person notes any problems with the packaging on their official delivery record.  
    Notify us immediately and we will correct any problems.
     


    Product Warranty:

    Although most manufacturers warranty the barrels within the 1st 6 months of ownership, this warranty is at the manufacturers discretion.  Shafts, points (soft or steel), and flights are NOT under warranty.


    Orders filled incorrectly:

        If for some reason you find that your order was filled incorrectly, please call or email us immediately and we’ll do everything we can to correct it.



    Privacy and Security:
     
    A-ZDarts collects personal information from you only when you voluntarily provide us with this information, such as when placing an order through the site, establishing an account or adding information to your account; entering a contest; taking a survey; contacting us with a comment or question; requesting a catalog; signing up to receive emails. “Personal information” means any information by which someone can be personally identified, including name, address, telephone number, email address, billing and account information, credit or debit card information, and other information incidental to providing goods or services.
     
    A-ZDarts does not sell or trade any of your personal information (including e-mail addresses) with other companies or individuals. 
     
    A-ZDarts uses personal information collected on the site for the following purposes:
    • for the specific purpose for which it was volunteered--to make a purchase or to process a return
    • to improve the content, appearance and utility of the site;
    • to understand your needs and preferences;
    • to develop, market, sell or provide products and services;
    • to conduct surveys, research and evaluations;
    • to manage and develop business operations, administer accounts, and collect and process payments;
    • to detect and protect a-zdarts.com against negligence, fraud, theft and other illegal activities;
    • as permitted by, and to comply with, any legal or regulatory requirements, process or provisions.
    A-ZDarts uses certain security measures to protect the personal information you submit to the Site. For example, when you provide any order information, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, an encryption tool that provides security while transmitting this information over the Internet. We also use firewall technology, password controls, and other technological and procedural safeguards in maintaining the Site. Although we have implemented the above security measures for this Site, you should be aware that 100% security is not possible.

     


    Return Policy:

    New, unused (or unwanted) products and materials may be returned within fifteen (15) days for credit or exchange, provided that:

       a) Prior approval is obtained from A-ZDarts (Via email or telephone)
       b) Products are still in their original box and packing
       c) Products have not been used (are in new condition)
       d) Products have been returned at buyers expense (Shipping charges can not be reimbursed)
       e) Credit for returned product in the amount of $10.00 or less is refunded as a store credit/coupon.  Returns valued greater than  $10.00 will be credited to cardholder's card or paypal account. 

    f) Item (non-defective) returned for credit that qualified for free shipping and/or a shipping discount will have our shipping costs and/or the shipping discount cost deducted off the item prior to refund. 

    Defective products may be returned with prior approval for exchange or credit.
      All claims for defective product must be made within 15 days of receipt of the order

    Please Note: A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned, non-defective merchandise. 


    How to return merchandise:

    1. Repack the items so that they do not move or bang against one another in the package. We can not accept merchandise back that has not been repackaged properly.

    2. Include your name, address, email address and phone number.

    4. Be sure to keep your receipt in case the shipper loses your package.

    5. All returned goods must be inspected prior to the issuance of credit or exchange

    Please Note:     A-ZDarts.com is not responsible for any duties or customs charges you may incur to get your package into your country.


    Cancelled Orders/Refused Packages/Undeliverable Packages that are returned:

    We usually ship orders within 24 hours.  If you call to cancel an order after it has been shipped, a $6.00 charge (which is a UPS/Fed Ex package return charge) will be imposed upon you.  This fee will be taken off at the time of processing your refund.  Refused packages and packages that are returned after 3 delivery attempts will have the same return fee applied to them.  There should be no problem with canceling an order prior to shipping.
