UPS and Fed Ex do not count the pick-up day as a ship
day.
The next day after pick-up would be the counted as the 1st ship day.
If delivery is not made by the guaranteed time-then UPS and FedEx refund the shipping.

Here is a chart for quick reference on UPS and
FedEx delivery times. Please remember that this is to be used as a sample
guide and if there is a Holiday between the day the order was placed and the day
it should be delivered, the order will take that many days later for delivery.

Generally, all orders are processed
and shipped within 24 to 48 hours of receipt. The actual time in
shipment, however, may vary somewhat, based on the shipping method you have
requested. The default method for shipping is Ground Service. This
generally guarantees you delivery within 5 working days anywhere in the
Continental U.S. Obviously, if you have requested express delivery, this time
will be much shorter. Lead time and delivery schedules for International orders
will always vary due to in transit times and customs.
TRANSIT
TIMES
a-zdarts.com is
not responsible for service transit time.
Transit times provided by the carrier, exclude
weekends and holidays, and may vary with package
origin and destination, particularly during peak
periods. UPS
guarantees
their contiguous states delivery
times
(except
during peak periods this may change). UPS
does not guarantee their delivery times for
Alaska customers. UPS guarantees express
only deliveries to Hawaii.
The
United States Postal Service will state that PRIORITY
MAIL packages may be delivered within 2 to 3 business
days, but the US MAIL IS NOT
GUARANTEED EVER. FIRST CLASS MAIL
may generally take 7 to 10 days to be delivered, but
again, US MAIL IS NOT
GUARANTEED EVER.
INTERNATIONAL
PACKAGES sent by the mail service is not
guaranteed. The amount of time your package
takes to clear customs will also vary the delivery
time. The postal service will state that GLOBAL
EXPRESS MAIL packages may be delivered within 5 to 7
business days, but again, POSTAL
PACKAGES ARE NOT GUARANTEED. The
postal service will state that GLOBAL PRIORITY MAIL packages
may be delivered within 4 to 15 business days, but POSTAL
PACKAGES ARE NOT GUARANTEED.
International packages sent by UPS will
generally be delivered by their expected delivery
date. However, there may delays in clearing
customs. UPS will do everything they can
to ensure a timely delivery and clearing customs.
For the service of pushing your package through
customs, they charge a fee which is due upon delivery.
This charge may be in addition to any duties
and taxes that are charged by customs.
Shipping Fees
There
is $1.50 handling charge added to the real-time shipping charges.
Real-time shipping is the cost provided from the carrier at the time you select
how you want your order delivered.
If you contact us with a change in shipping address, or if you provide an
incorrect shipping address, you will be subject to a charge which the shipping
carrier imposes on us. Generally this is a $6.00 charge, but could be as
great as $10.00.
Cancelled Orders/Refused Packages/Undeliverable
Packages that are returned:
We usually ship orders within 24 hours. If
you call to cancel an order after it has been shipped, a $6.00 charge
(which is a UPS/Fed Ex package return charge) will be imposed
upon you. This fee will be taken off at the time of processing your
refund. Refused packages and packages that are returned after 3 delivery
attempts will have the same return fee applied to them. There
should be no problem with canceling an order prior to shipping.
International Customers
Please Note:
A-ZDarts.com is not responsible for any duties or customs charges you may incur
to get your package into your country.
If your order has a set of Darts that Qualifies
for a shipping discount we will cover the first $6.00 on shipping, which
will be reflected at check-out. Only
1 Shipping Discount will be applied per order. If
the qualifying dart/darts are returned for a refund, the shipping discount will
be deducted from the refund amount.
Domestic
Orders
All domestic orders
will normally be shipped by Ground Service unless otherwise specified.
This generally guarantees you delivery within 5 working days anywhere in the
U.S. If you are placing your order via our on-line E-Commerce system, the
Carrier's real-time shipping charges will be calculated and added to your
order automatically during checkout. If for some reason the carrier's online
shipping calculator is down or you chose a method not available for your package
and the order is processed without shipping charges, your credit card will be
charged for shipping prior to being sent out.
Please make sure
when filling out your zip code on the form that you use ONLY the first 5 digits.
All digits after the 1st 5 will confuse the carrier's real-time shipping
calculator and you will not be able to see the methods available for you
package.
If shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, you must choose
UPS 2nd Day or next Day Air, USPS priority mail, or Fed-Ex standard over night
or Fed-Ex 2 day. If you choose a method not available for your package, your
shipping will go to the default method and we will have to adjust your shipping
before we charge your card.
Please note: 1st class mail
is ONLY available for lighter packages. Please make sure that this is an option
before choosing it (Usually orders under $20.00 are safe). If the shipping
defaults to zero dollars, unless you ordered items with free shipping, your
total will be adjusted to reflect shipping and your credit card will be charged
accordingly.
Furthermore,
if shipping to a different address, please fill in all of the information,
including 1st & last name, shipping address, city, state, zip, and country.
If any of these fields are missing, your shipping will automatically go to the
default method.
If we see your shipping is the default method, and you
have not specified in the special instructions area how you want it shipped, we
will automatically ship your package
GROUND for Continental US Residents
Priority mail for Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, & Military Mail
1st class mail for orders with less than 10 sets of flights. Should your
final shipping rates be higher than your default charges, we reserve the
right to charge accordingly and ship.
U.S.
Mail
We have added U.S. Mail
for domestic and International customers. This is
the only method available for Post Office Box addresses.
All US Mail orders require a signature for delivery
due to the many mis-delivered or "lost"
packages. Postal claims for lost and damaged
packages must be called in before 30 days. However,
the postal system does not honor any claims made until
after 30 days. Any refunds for lost or damaged
postal packages will be made after 30 days from the
original ship date.
International
Orders
International Customers
International 1st class mail not-trackable is no longer a
functioning option.
If you would like International 1st class mail not-trackable and your order weight is under 4
pounds, choose the trackable option and then please write Ship not-trackable
in the special instructions box. Your order will be adjusted before we
charge your card. Thank You and we apologize for any inconvenience.
Please choose International or None for
the STATE field on the check-out form if you do not have a state or
providence. DUE TO SECURITY REASONS, WE WILL
NOT SEND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS TO DIFFERENT SHIP TO ADDRESS.
Our on-line Shopping Cart will calculate actual real-time shipping rates.
In order to obtain the exact
shipping for UPS and US Mail you must fill in all * fields. International
customers have the option of selecting UPS World Wide Express, UPS World
Wide Expedited, US Mail Global Express and US Mail Global Priority.
The pop-up for "Preview Rates and Shipping
Methods" will show the available shipping options for your package.
If your
shipping defaults to 0.00 and you have not specified shipping
instructions, we will ship by US Mail least expensive way.
Address verifications are done for all first
time international customers. This can delay shipping of your order up
to 7 to 10 business days depending on your bank. If we cannot verify
your address we will not be able to process your order. You will be
notified by e-mail of any problems regarding this verification.
International orders must meet our minimum of
$20.00 plus shipping and handling. Due to the paperwork and cost for
processing International orders, all International orders under $20.00 are
subject to a $6.50 service fee. This fee will be added at time of
charging.

Confirmation
of Order
Receipt of your order
will be confirmed automatically by our commerce system if placed on-line. We
will also send an email to you as soon as your credit card information has been
confirmed and your order has been shipped. (usually within 24 to 48 hours).
A copy of the invoice will be enclosed with the
shipment for your records. However, if you have included special
instructions with your order, they must be confirmed by you first -before we
can ship your order, so please watch your email and be sure to include the
telephone number in which you can be reached.
