What is the Loyalty Point Program?
It is a store credit program which provides discounts on future orders based on past order amounts.
How do I join the loyalty program?
You make an order! It’s that simple and it’s FREE. There are no annual fees.
How do I obtain loyalty points?
You make an order by logging in with your e-mail address. Every order subtotal qualifies for points. If you use different e-mail addresses, points will be awarded to each and cannot be combined. If you supply us with an invalid e-mail address, points will not be awarded.
Loyalty points are awarded after an order has been paid in full.
What if I have more than one account?
If you have more than one account with us and would like them combined, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Include the email addresses you would like combined. Please note, if the Billing and Shipping address information for both emails does NOT MATCH, the accounts WILL NOT be combined. Combining email accounts WILL also combine your Loyalty Points.
What if my email address changes?
If you change your email address, everything in your account, including your order history, shipping addresses, billing addresses, and Loyalty points WILL carry over to the new email address.
What if I do not have an email address?
If you do not have an email address to create an account with us you CAN NOT receive Loyalty Points. An email is required to set up an account and an account is required to get Loyalty Points. There are several places to get free email accounts. A few examples are GMAIL and YAHOO MAIL

How are my points calculated?
You receive 3 points for every $1.00 you spend on purchases. The points are awarded on your subtotal value, less any discounts and payments by gift certificates and by previously earned loyalty points. Points are not awarded on sales tax, and any shipping costs or fees you may have incurred while processing the order.
What are my points worth?
Basically, 3% of your subtotal less discounts and payments as mentioned above. Example: 300 points=$3.00. Loyalty points have no cash value and are non-transferrable.
When can I use my points?
Once you have accumulated 300 points ($3.00) and your next purchase is a minimum subtotal of $25.00, you will be able to redeem your points. Each order with a minimum subtotal of $25.00 or more will provide you the option to use your points (if you have first accumulated the required 300 base points). Unused points will sit in your bank and do not expire. You have the option to use your points or save them. Orders smaller than the required minimum subtotal of $25.00 will help build your points, but you cannot redeem your points on these orders.
How does returned product affect my points?
At this time, when you return any part of an order, ALL loyalty points are deducted from your bank that were awarded for that order. Your loyalty points will be deducted from your point bank when product is returned for a refund. There will be no charge for an even exchange. When a purchase is made which results in points that are awarded and then that purchase is returned, points awarded for the entire order will be deducted from your loyalty point “bank”. This can result in a negative balance if your earned points for that order have already been used.
How does the use of a gift certificate affect my points?
Loyalty points are awarded upon purchase of an a-zdarts gift certificate, but not on redemption. Loyalty points are not awarded when a gift certificate is redeemed at the time of a purchase.
Note: Customers with special re-sale accounts DO NOT qualify for the loyalty points program.
