Delivery Information Once your table is crated and shipped we will call or e-mail you the FedEx tracking and phone number so you may trace your shipment. When your table arrives at the local service center you will receive a call from FedEx to schedule the delivery. When FedEx calls they will ask several questions pertaining to the safe delivery of your table. They will ask about low hanging tree branches, unleashed pets, accessibility etc. The truck making the delivery will be equipped with a hydraulic lift gate to lower the crate containing your table and slate to the ground. From there, as long as it is safe to do so, the driver will make every effort to put your crate into the garage or closest covered area. However, at no time will the driver take his truck off the pavement. If you live in a rural area and/or, to access your home there are dirt or gravel roads, you will need to make arrangements with FedEx to pick up your crate from their service center.
