Tungsten is used in the production of darts because of its high weight volume ratio. The higher the percentage of Tungsten, the slimmer the dart will be. This is desired by the serious shooter for tighter groups, resulting in higher scores. The Magnum is made from 97% tungsten and the dart ranges are comprised of a series of barrels, which have been designed and styled to maximize the optimum scoring potential of high-density tungsten.
